We’re excited to share The Aspen with you. Our 2018 Parade of Homes build, this is one of our favorite home designs in recent years. It is truly beautiful from the inside out. If you watch our video tour, you’ll see just how much The Aspen stands out from the homes being developed around it. Some of the features to take note of include:
This contemporary design features crisp white walls, trim, cabinets, and marble countertops that are complemented by built-in wood elements, wood flooring, and dark fixtures. The exterior continues the same color scheme as the interior with white and light brown siding, gray stone, and dark accents. The Aspen’s color combinations are not only pleasing, but they will also be relevant for many years to come.
Another feature we love about this home is the windows. The great room, kitchen, dining room, and the office are perfectly flooded with natural light because of the window configuration. An open floor plan and high ceilings also make a significant impression on the design.
The last area we’d like to highlight for you is the master bathroom. As you walk in, the first feature to catch your eye is the shower. White marble walls with delicate gray veining, dark tiling, frameless glass doors, and gold accents perfectly complement the wood flooring in the bathroom. Another stand out feature in the master bath are the vanities. Separated but equal, the vanities feature modern sink hardware, unique overhead lighting, and wood accents that help the white cabinetry standout. A window also offers natural light during the day.
